    Im a professional brewer and have been on the real ale scene with camra for many years. This rightly deserves its gold award with siba. It comfortably makes thornbridge Jaipur look and taste amateurish (and I never thought i’d ever say that). This is a real triumph on the real ale stage. Well done to the brentwood brewing team, would love to know what yeast and malt bill you use in this.
