Once again we’re running the Beer Tent at the borough council’s Lighting Up Brentwood event, celebrating the start of the festive season.  We’ll have beer to drink as well as bottles of beer and gift packs to take away.

Lining the High Street will be about 80 market stalls selling festive arts and crafts as well as hot food and drink.  So, if you fancy a festive pint or two or want to get some Christmas shopping ticked off your list, look out for the Brentwood Beer Tent.

A programme of entertainment by local school children and community performers is planned to take place on three different stages.  Attractions for children include Santa’s Grotto, walkabout acts and other children’s entertainments.

It’s estimated that more than 15,000 people attended the event last year.  We ho-ho-hope to see you there.
